Eirini Diathesopoulou

I work with adults who may feel anxious, under sustained pressure, or caught in difficult relationship patterns.

Sometimes, life can begin to feel harder to manage alone.

People often come to therapy when something feels persistently overwhelming, unclear, or difficult to navigate.

My approach is grounded, attentive, and relational. I aim to offer a steady and supportive setting where you can slow down and begin to understand what may feel complex or challenging, at a pace that feels right for you.

A Bit About Me

Originally from Athens, I now live and practice in London. Moving between cultures has shaped how I think about identity, transition, and belonging. This informs my work with international clients.

I offer therapy in both English and Greek.

My work draws on cognitive behavioural, attachment-informed, and compassion-focused perspectives. I also integrate mindfulness where helpful, adapting to each person rather than applying a fixed model.

My training includes a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, MSc degrees in Developmental and Occupational Psychology, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I have also undertaken further training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Integrative Psychotherapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.

I offer in-person therapy in London (Marylebone, Canary Wharf, and London Bridge), as well as online sessions.

If you are considering therapy, you are welcome to get in touch to see whether working together feels like a good fit.
